ha! imagine if some one actually did copy the template word for word! :shock:

that would not be good. I think if someone sent in a template that was so obviously copied "word for word" from a template, it would go STRAIGHT into the "round filing cabinet" if you know what I mean ;)

I also use to think that, that was until I had the pleasure (or should I say displeasure) of reviewing CVs.

Yes there are some individuals who really are very careless/lazy or just plain not with the "program".

One thing to keep in mind. There are probably hundreds of other people with similar qualifications applying for the same position. So how do you stand above the crowd, so to say?

Off-hand I can think of one thing that will give you a head start. Start building a portfolio. Start doing something with what you have learned. And keep the records. Properly documented and annotated. Any potential employer would be interested to know what you can do, not just what you have learned. So if you can show them a good portfolio, your chances of being employed is improved many fold.
