Thank you for this! I've been using GIMP for years but I haven't bothered to look for an update. I guess I just got used to it. Well, as long as it's working well, then fine with me. Haha! But now, I've got to try this newer version. :)

I think you have the right attitude there. It's similar to 'Don't fix it if it isn't broken'. In this case, it would be 'Don't upgrade unless you have to'.

Yeah, haha! Besides, I'm not really a pro at graphics design and editing. I just grab some tutorials in the internet and experiment with them. But now that summer vacation's starting, I think I have more time in my hands so I could try and learn more about GIMP. :)
