Hi Losing My Mind, Would this be more suited under "interviews"? - Just a thought. The interview is the initial means of your interviewer judging you and your suitability; social and technical fit with in the team or organisation. A compentency based interview analyses your experience against the skills or the competencies required for the role. E.g Ability to analyse or troubleshot problems etc .... Have you been given any specific compentencie you are required to convey? |

This is an interview in which they want to know you are sure about what you are talking about. Basically you have to impress them with your knowledge by doing what they want you to do in a time frame they have set. |
